Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ishveda Ai Private Limited (“we”, “us”), the company that runs Vyaasji. By signing in or using Vyaasji you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Vyaasji.
1. Who can use Vyaasji
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement under Indian law.
2. What Vyaasji is, and isn't
Vyaasji is an AI Jyotish (Vedic astrology) companion. It calculates your kundli from the birth details you give, and an AI model writes its replies. It is not a human astrologer, even when it speaks in a traditional pandit ji's manner.
Jyotish describes tendencies, not certainties, and AI can make mistakes. Treat readings as guidance for reflection, not as facts or promises about your future. A reading is only as accurate as the birth details you gave.
3. Not professional advice
Vyaasji does not give medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and it won't predict death, diagnose illness, recommend investments or pressure you into remedies. Don't make important health, money, legal or safety decisions based on a reading. Speak to a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, please contact emergency services on 112 or the government's Tele-MANAS mental-health helpline on 14416 right away.
4. Your account
- On the website you sign in with your Google account. On WhatsApp, your WhatsApp number is your account. Keep them secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your website account and your WhatsApp number are separate accounts: a chart, a conversation or a paid plan on one does not carry over to the other.
- Give birth details that are yours, or that you have permission to share.
5. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use Vyaasji for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or access it by automated means;
- try to make Vyaasji produce harmful content or get around its safeguards;
- enter another person's data without their permission.
Free use has a daily message limit (see section 7). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Your content
Your messages and birth details remain yours. You let us store and process them only to provide Vyaasji to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may use your readings and your Detailed Kundli for your own personal purposes. The Vyaasji software, name and design belong to us.
7. Free trial and price
You can try Vyaasji free for 5 days, starting when your kundli and its first reading have been delivered. Sharing your birth details to make your kundli does not use up any of the trial. During the trial you can send up to 10 messages a day.
When the trial ends, you need a paid plan to keep sending messages. Your kundli, your conversation history and what Vyaasji remembers about you are kept, and you will see them again as soon as you subscribe. Check-in messages you have agreed to may still reach you after the trial.
The paid plan costs ₹499 a month, including GST, and lets you send up to 30 messages a day. Your first month is ₹99; this introductory price is available once per person. The exact price, what it includes and how to cancel are always shown to you before you pay anything.
A plan covers only the account you bought it on: a plan bought on the website does not cover your WhatsApp number, and one bought on WhatsApp does not cover the website.
You can buy the plan to renew every month automatically, or for one month at a time. An auto-renewing plan is charged each month until you stop it. You can stop it at any time on your plan page, which the Plan button in the chat opens, and it then runs to the end of the month you paid for. A one-month plan lasts 30 days and is never charged again. If you switch on auto-renew during a one-month plan, the first charge is when that month ends. With a one-month plan you can buy the next month in its last 3 days; it begins when the current month ends.
We may change our plans, prices, the trial and the daily limits from time to time. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for.
8. Changes and availability
We're continually improving Vyaasji and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Our liability
Vyaasji is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision you make, or any loss that follows, based on a reading, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Vyaasji at any time and delete your data yourself. On the website or on WhatsApp, simply ask Vyaasji in the chat to delete your data (for example, “mera sara data delete kar do”); on the website you can also tap Your data → Delete my data. Or write to us at support@vyaasji.com. We may stop providing Vyaasji, and if we do we'll tell you beforehand where we reasonably can.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app about any important change. Continuing to use Vyaasji after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of Vyaasji.
