Refund and Cancellation Policy

Vyaasji is a product of Ishveda Ai Private Limited. This policy covers payments for the Vyaasji monthly plan.

The plan

The plan costs ₹499 a month, GST included. Your first month is ₹99, once per person. You can buy it to renew every month automatically, or for one month at a time.

Cancelling

You can stop an auto-renewing plan at any time on your plan page, which the Plan button in the chat opens. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. A one-month plan never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

A payment for a month that has already started is not refunded, even if you stop using Vyaasji partway through. The free trial lets you try Vyaasji before you pay.

Payments made in error

If you are charged twice for the same month, charged after you stopped auto-renew, or charged when your plan did not start, we refund the full amount to the account or card you paid from within 5–7 working days. If a failed payment took money from your account, your bank or Razorpay usually returns it automatically. If it has not come back within 5–7 working days, write to us and we will refund it in full. Write to support@vyaasji.com with your invoice number or payment reference.

Delivery

Vyaasji is a digital service. It begins in the chat, on the website or on WhatsApp, as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
